Get Ready for Upcoming Yard Sale

Time to get prepared for the next HOA Yard Sale! The Yard Sale will be held on Saturday May 19, 2012 from 8am - 1pm. No rain date.

Get Pool Passes for Summer 2012

Residents - remember to get new or updated pool passes before Pool Season begins on Saturday May 26 so you can enjoy the pool every day! Go to the Pool page of our HOA web site and click on the Owner Registration Letter for more information and click on Pool Application for the form.

Non-residents May Apply for Pool Menbership

Courts and Ridges has a limited number of outside pool memberships (for families not living in the Courts and Ridges HOA) available each summer. For more info, click on the Outside Member Letter link on the Pool Page.

Has your Email Address changed?

Update the Email Distribution list now.   We have been receiving an increasing number of returned C&R Communications email. With many Adelphia customers moving to Comcast or changing over to Verizon FIOS email addresses may have changed. Sometimes this is because the ISP blocks because it thinks it is spam. In these cases it is important to include the C&R Communications email address (communications@courtsandridges.org) in your address book.

Join a Committee

The HOA needs volunteers for our HOA Committees. If you would like to join an HOA Committee please email the chairperson of the committee you are interested in.

Common Property Issues?

If you have any issues with Common Property, like grass not being cut, a tree is down or you think one needs to be cut, or drainage problems, please email the Open Space Committee.
